Giant Creepy Eyeball In Your Room

Want a creepy giant eyeball in your room, eyeing you wherever you go? The The Technology Studio recently made a Kinect hack which makes use of the kinect technology and a puffersphere from pufferfish

Pufferfish is a company that produces balls for displays of digital content outside of the confines of traditional flat screen media. Their PufferSphere® spherical display systems let you deliver 360 video simply and quickly across a range of commercial and artistic projects. And it has 3 sizes, medium, XL, or XXL.

While Kinect is the peripheral device, originally meant for Microsoft's 360, though apparently, it's much more fun to be used for other things. Search Kinect Hacks on Google and you'll know what I mean.

The Technology Studio even goes as far as sharing how they made the creepy eyeball for those of you that wants that "little" something different in your room. Check out the A boy’s own guide to building a giant creepy eyeball that follows you round the room. And they also gives out the code on Github, which is here.

And for those of you Lord of The Rings fans, the eye of Sauron is ready to follow you around in your room, glaring at you, especially when you procrastinates.
