We live in a culture that encourages wishy washy talk, and don't encourage to speak up the truth if the truth may hurt the other party. Do you ever have the feeling that you want to know what's wrong with you, but when you ask people, they never answer truthfully, and only answer like "you're nice", etc.
Here's a solution to overturn that culture, and to know what people think about you!
Failings, is a place to overturn that culture! In failings, people can post comment and criticism to you directly and anonymously! After that, you can categorize the comment, whether you already know it, or do you have no idea about it, or if you completely disagree with the comment.
Because it's anonymous, people can be as blunt as they want without the fear of you hating the commenter. This is good, because you can now know what people really thinks about you, not the goody goody stuff they spew out of respect / avoidance of conflict.
Every single person that want to comment on you will be asked a security question to ensure you actually knows the person you want to comment on. The default is what's the last name of the person, though it can be changed at will in the settings.
You can also reply to comments! And there's a voting system on every single comment, people can vote whether they agree or not to the comment. With the system, you can see how much people thinks about you!
